Resolution Radio Goes Off The Air...For Good

Last night was the hardest show closing I have ever had to do. Mostly because I knew there wasn't going to be another one, and not many people even cared enough to tune into last night's broadcast (which just reminds me that although this decision is extremely hard, it's the right one). We will officially be closing tomorrow night at midnight est. I've met some amazing people in the last 5 years, and had opportunities I might not ever have again, but I hope those people/artists stay in touch. I really do appreciate all the support that we got, and I thank my few loyal listeners too. With that said, I can't do much with minimal listeners. After 5 years, our stats should be higher. If everyone had spread the word, they would've been. We had 250 followers on Twitter, 74 "fans" on Facebook; we should've had a lot more people tuning in. Remember the rule? "If you can't tune in, spread the word to people who can!" It's been a fun ride, and I would like to thank the staff for taking it with me. I love you all!

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo Throw Elegant Wedding Shower

Now you know that I had to write about this! He is not only one of my favorite singers, but he inspired the name of the best radio station ever! The couple held the shower at the London Hotel in Los Angeles. Their gift registry is at Williams & Sonoma and Geary’s. They entertained family and friends at the rooftop bar and had dinner and dancing that followed. The pair has been engaged since early November, but the actual wedding date hasn't been made public. I am thinking it is very soon!

Sean Kingston In Critical Condition

Sean Kingston, and a still unknown female passenger, got into a watercraft accident this evening. The accident took place in Miami at around 6pm local time. Reports say that they ran into a bridge and were rescued by a good Samaritan. Sean's injuries are so severe that he is being treated in the trauma ward. No word yet on the condition of his female friend. Officials are still investigating the cause of the crash, but alcohol is said not to be a factor!

RIP Kenickie

This news is a little bit late (sorry, it was a crazy day yesterday), but Jeff Conaway has passed away at the age of 60. He was brain dead after a medically induced coma, and his family decided to take him off of life support yesterday morning. He is probably best known as Kenickie in "Grease", but he has also had other well known roles. You may also know him from "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" (glad that worked out either time...sarcasm). My thoughts are with his family during this very difficult time.

Jeff Timmons Will Be With Chippendales A Little Longer Than Planned

His shows have become so popular (and have broken records in ticket sales) that the former 98 Degrees member got his gigs extended until June 19th. The bigwigs are hoping to keep him the rest of the summer. Now he may be popular topless, but he still will not take off his pants and still has a strict "no banana hammock" policy.

Thank you to TMZ for the photo and the information :)

Anna Kournikova To Replace Jillian Michaels on "The Biggest Loser"

I am sorry, but nobody can ever replace Jillian, no matter how hard they try. Didn't "The Biggest Loser" already try this in 2006, and it failed miserably? The only replacement that has worked was when they switched hosts. Anyway, Anna Kournikova will go against Bob Harper [as a trainer] in season 12, since Jillian left the show to focus on being a mom. I think this might be the beginning of the end...

Kim Kardashian is engaged to Kris Humphries!

He proposed to her in her bedroom with rose petals that spelled out "Will you marry me?" Congrats to the happy couple! I love seeing engagement news after hearing so much lately about divorce, affairs, and breakups!

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson called him a "childhood inspiration" and Hulk Hogan said that they had just reconnected after not speaking for 10 years. Randy's wife was in the car [at the time of the accident] too, but she only suffered minor injuries.

Blake Shelton Apologizes For Anti-Gay Tweet

Blake Shelton got into some trouble recently over some "anti-gay" tweets. He says it was all a big misunderstanding, but GLAAD really let him have it. His original tweet said, ”Re-writing my fav Shania Twain song. Any man that tries Touching my behind He’s gonna be a beaten, bleedin’, heaving kind of guy…”. It was apparently a joke taken the wrong way (according to Shelton). Blake apologized for his tweets this afternoon and had the back-up of Adam Levine, one of his co-judges on "The Voice", and friend Martina McBride
